Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Complimentary Express Shipping: We provide free Express Shipping via Australia Post for all domestic orders.

  • Fast Delivery: Expect your parcel within 1–3 business days for metropolitan areas. Regional deliveries may take slightly longer, but the wait for genuine Aussie fire is always worth it.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Free EMS Express: We bring the beauty of Australian opals to the world with free EMS (Express Mail Service) on all international orders.

  • Reliable Arrival: Most international orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your local customs processing.

  • Urgent Delivery: If you need your piece sooner, premium courier services are available for major global cities at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Fully Insured & Trackable

  • Total Peace of Mind: Every single parcel we send is 100% fully insured and includes a tracking number. You will receive your tracking details as soon as your opal begins its journey from my workshop to your door.

Return & Exchange Policy

I have spent my life ensuring only the best opals come out of the ground, and I want you to be just as proud to wear them as I was to find them. If you aren't completely satisfied with your piece, I am here to make it right.

Easy Returns

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • The Process: Please contact me directly before sending your item back so I can authorize the return and provide instructions.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Fast Processing: Once I receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you’ve fallen in love with a different piece in my gallery, I am happy to facilitate an exchange based on current stock.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a photo. Because your order is fully insured, I will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
