The pendant was perfect and the service and delivery was top notch. Especially delivery from Aussie to NZ was under a week The only reason I rated the product lower then excellent was, the chain was broken when I opened the package on arrival. Because of time it was cheaper for me to buy a different chain then get broken one repaired/return for replacement. Update: I have been refunded for the broken chain without prompting the supplier. Item comes in a stylish red box with a light when you open the box. I enjoyed that. The stone is beautiful and sparkles like a fire opal should shine in its beautiful colors. I can't say anything about the seller - I didn't get to know "Opal George". There is no certificate included. But I don't know if this is common for opals from Australia in this price range.

My first purchase ever on Etsy and such a positive experience. The earrings are beautiful and really well made. Opals give amazing and eye catching effect. The giftbox is also great with built in LED light, which highlights the initial effect of opening the box (my wife was delighted :) I've ordered the earrings from half the world away and yet they still managed to come before Christmas! It's definitely not the last purchase from this seller!

The opal pendant is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Came in a nice box with a light that hits all the little flecks of the gem to accentuate its unique properties (tough to capture it in a picture, but I tried). My wife will love it!
